Important Notice – Temporary Processing Delay


Due to a recent unexpected surge in holiday order volume, some orders are currently experiencing extended production timelines beyond our standard processing window. While our typical custom production time is 7–14 business days, current backlog orders may require up to 21–28 business days to complete before shipment.


We are actively clearing the backlog, have expanded our production team, and expect all delayed orders to be fully shipped by January 26, 2026.


We appreciate your patience and are working diligently to return to standard processing times.


At JewelzByD, every piece is handcrafted with love and made especially for you. Because our jewelry is custom-made, please allow the following time for production and delivery.


Processing Time

All custom orders require a processing time of 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing time may extend up to 21 business days.


Processing begins the business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped:


  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days



Shipping time does not include processing time.


Estimated Delivery Time

Your total delivery time includes both processing and shipping. Most orders arrive within 10–26 business days, depending on order volume and shipping method selected.


Order Updates & Tracking

You will receive:


  • An order confirmation email after purchase
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships



Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.


Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to high order volume, production timelines, holidays, weather, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. JewelzByD is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, JewelzByD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.


Cancellations & Changes

Because our items are custom-made, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order.
